The link it takes you to is from February?...when you click on it there should be a form to fill in according to comments from months ago...I can't seem to find it now?..am I just looking in the wrong place or has it gone?
There's a button on the bottom right of the post itself that says "learn more". If you click there it should take you to the form to fill out.
thanks still not working for me though...just takes me to the home page, and the selection to purchase.
mbssupplies That's odd that it's taking you to the home page. Mine brings this form up on Facebook.
Can anyone else confirm if it's still working? If not I'll expire it.

mbssupplies It's loading on safari on iPad for me, if that helps at all. I don't have the app though, so didn't check that way.
