Yes it is free shipping but you are only allowed the maximum of eight Free samples. With all the free samples I have ordered from different sources my craft box will be full to bursting with arts and crafts samples.

It's not only great that you can order Eight samples but it's also great that there are so many different colours and styles to choose from.
