Has anyone ever actually received this freebie. Would be interesting to see stats on how many have applied compared to how many receive it. 
CathyReeve I used to teach arts & crafts with special needs children some years ago. We used to get supplies from The Works, Wilkinson and The Poundshop. If you end up having to buy paint etc I would strongly suggest trying these less expensive shops first. All the best.
