It let me go through the claim process and after entering my address details it said it was all out of free bars for today

I think you have to get in early and possibly dependent on area. When I signed up there were over 800 left. Please note the giveaway is everyday until date mentioned, even though this has been marked as expired. Keep trtinng every day.

Rain, hail and cloud for three days and still it says no, hopefully tomorrow will be a better day 
I tried it went all the way to the detail section. Once I put all my contact details in they said it isn't cloudy in my area
