LuJbi i ordered them with my blog email address so maybe that made a difference? i did receive each items separately and at random different times. took roughly 3 -4 weeks.
Always had emails to confirm the items were ordered, but never received them unfortunately

I've tried so many times with this company but never received, I'm not going for this one anymore 
I can't find how to ask for a free sample. All I get is asked for minimum orders of 25 items.
"In order to keep our costs low, certain items may need to be returned to us after you have finished reviewing them. In these cases, we will contact you with further information - of course we pay freight both ways."
I received a pen from the today, I don't think they will send any umbrella's out!
