Applied twice now and nothing said order will be shipped and all! And apparently it is just a small scent sample so on paper with spray on

I’m not sure what’s going on with the company, after the first one they sent out an email saying they were flooded with thousands of requests and they were promising to fulfil them but it will take them months and yet they still have the option for people to keep requesting samples which doesn’t make any sense to me! They are also managing to send me lots of emails with various freebies if I place a paying order so they are clearly

managing that ok! Irony is,I did actually want to place an order them for Mother’s Day but I wanted to smell them first but that opportunity is long gone now!

It's only a small company I received a email from they saying they had been over shelled with so many people applied for these freebies.

I’ve filled mine ages ago and have never ever received mine I actually applied twice at different times. Is there anybody who has received theirs? Thanks for sharing x

I've seen various offers from this company, some stating full size products from what I can recall, had exact same, emails stating an overwhelming response and if I'd like to pay etc... I understand showing the products and not getting the products but a sample of them, I understand not keeping up with the requests too, Im not entirely seeing the idea behind the continuing new adverts if such a backlog. I understand even how much this can cost a company with sending samples and how the order page may differ to the advert, however I'm not overly convinced of their intentions. I don't know the company personally and often like to give a good rating and considerations and therefore wondered how their service is regarding actual purchase of these products, to see if they are a full on genuine company and then if so, what's really going on in regards to their promotion, was it just a little too ambitious or a ploy from the start?

Overall I agree that the continuation of new promised free products and different forms of products each time yet same photo is not good customer relations from Valenette
