Free Battery Testing
At Kwik Fit we offer a free battery health check at centres across the UK.
We’ll check the condition of your car battery, including your battery starting and charging systems, using the latest Bosch testing equipment. The service only takes around 5 minutes and no appointment is necessary.
This simple but effective battery test, which includes checking for corrosion on the terminals as well as the voltage output and the charging rate of the battery, provides a clear indication as to the condition of the battery. In addition we'll identify whether a battery failure is imminent by comparing the test results against the manufacturer’s specification. Most importantly, the health check will alert you to any underlying battery faults before they become an issue. Our technician will provide a printout of your results for you to keep.
