Free neutering
The 'C4' scheme, established in 2002, is a joint initiative by major animal charities working in Greater London to tackle the problem of too many cats.
There are thousands of unwanted, neglected and stray cats in London, yet their plight could have been easily been prevented by neutering.
We offer FREE neutering for cats within the M25 area whose owners receive certain state benefits, are on a low income or are students. The scheme also includes neutering of stray cats being temporarily fed.

Great idea far too many people just let their cats roam around doing their thing without thinking of the consequences
I agree, too many cats are left to roam and do their business in other peoples gardens with the owners seemingly completely absolved of any responsibility. Get them neutered to stop the cycles carrying on and on and on.
I agree I don't understand how people don't avail of these schemes, it also prolongs their life by getting it done.
