Latest Deals has worked with Pharmacy2U to show you this incredible freebie.
You can get the prescriptions you rely on delivered straight to your door for free with Pharmacy2U.
All you have to do is sign up with your details, filling in what medication you need, then Pharmacy2U will order your prescription straight from your GP. Then their pharmacists will look everything over and dispense your prescription and it will be delivered for free!
This is so helpful if you or a loved one struggle getting to your GP, or you don't feel comfortable going at the moment. Pharmacy2U will even remind you when it's time to re-order if you have a repeat prescription!
Please note that if you normally pay for NHS prescriptions, you will still need to pay.
This service is only available to people with a GP in England.
Thanks for sharing, this is useful to those that cannot get their meds atm, but I used them before and there was always delays and they hardly ever got my prescription correct. In the end I stopped using them and continued collecting from my local pharmacy. Hope this helps someone though
A lot of online pharmacies already do this for nhs prescriptions..I use echo (run by Lloyds) who do postage free, and you normally get them with in 2days through the post...i had problems with pharmacy2u..they were always messing my prescriptions up
Echo let you have them posted to you or you can choose to collect form a local Lloyds if you’d prefer
I get mine delivered for free, I do pay for prescriptions and have a annual fee I pay. I just asked at chemist when covid had been around a few months. I did try Echo a few times when covid started but didn't realise chemist will deliver for free if asked and prefer to support them locally
It’s a pity that more people don’t know about the NHS Prescription Prepayment Certificate (PPC), Chris101, as it can save some patients a lot of money! Info is at https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-services/prescriptions-and-pharmacies/save-money-with-a-prescription-prepayment-certificate-ppc/ for anyone interested.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience with the company! It's so helpful
Alot of people can't use this service & alot charge delivery now. Thanks goodness the NHS volunteers.
Support your local pharmacy & local jobs.
They also provide their support & services for free.
If the local pharmacies are not used, they'll be closed down & then which online service is going to issue your emergency prescription? Answer: None
This is a great share . Great for those who have regular prescriptions and need them delivered . We all have busy lives so this is great
I use these as does my husband and daughter however the only issue i have had is we have had to have 3 separate accounts to order our meds - never had an issue with prescriptions etc x
Unfortunately this takes away business from the High Street Pharmacies that are always accessible and process prescriptions while you wait. Rather more difficult getting advice from an online provider. When there is a need for an acute prescription you could face delays in getting important medication that may need an immediate start.
Pharmacy2u were an absolute nightmare for me. Had no end of problems. I wouldn’t recommend them at all. They struggled getting my medication out to me on time even with plenty of notification prior to me running out, they would not ship my Pregabalin as it’s a controlled drug and the customer service was appalling. I have however managed to find another incredible company who offer the same without all the hassle - a company called PHLO - they ship everything, good email reminders, fast service and shipping of meds and deliver my Pregabalin and my keep cold injections I need.
This is what many pharmacies/chemists offer ....free prescriptions to your door.......ask your local pharmacy next time you are in touch with them.....support your local businesses....
Awful company. Always screwed up my prescriptions. Always promises of better systems and more staff. Never came to fruition. Left them months ago.
I don't use modern medicines , everything necessary for what ails you can be found in the garden , dandelions , ground elder and lots of other " weeds " are there for the taking
I am leaning to agree! I’m reducing my medication, as I’m having bad withdrawal, I collect my meds, and it’s been arranged before I’d have them delivered , and they let me down, told me their driver had gone home,!that was tough, I had to wait over the weekend
I implore anybody thinking of using this company to research them!! They have been in trouble for selling patient data and I honestly would not touch them with a bargepole if I were you! Support your local pharmacy in these times of need as they will be the ones you will be dealing with when P2U tell you at the last minute that they can't get your medication and leave you to sort it out on your own!!
They use royal mail. They were delivering my medication 2 to 3 weeks delayed so had to stop using
Right now everything they sending out is being held up iam waiting over a week for my meds
I use echo (Lloyds). Used for six months. Only had one issue (lost in post). They sorted and expressed it nxt day. Daughter uses boots and what a nightmare ordered 30th Dec and arrived 14th Jan on due meds, not 14th she ran out and had to had emergency prescription done.
This will be my today's favourite. My child is having eczema and every month there is repeat medicine. Hope this will be helpful for me
Thank you so much for sharing, I've shared this to my mum who is disabled and really struggles getting her prescriptions, this will be a great help as I can always get them for her due to working
Love it. I use it monthly. I asked my local pharmacy Boots pharmacy first about delivery’s and they said u need to be on a list and the doctor needs to check if u need them delivered, I love Pharmacy2U
Thanks so much for leaving your feedback, it's so useful for other members
