Wis what an absolute bargain. Thank you so much for sharing this it would make a great present for my sister.
So this isn't really free. You are paying Β£4.99 for a bag. They must be clearing stock which is fair enough. Perhaps this should have been posted on the deals section? Xx
But if itβs the posting and packaging which costs Β£4.99, then it technically is a free bag. Even when a bag is on sale for the same price, there are always P&P costs attached. Thats definitely a freebie, in my books.
flipside I humbly see it a different way. I have kept the listing where it is. I may be in the minority, but I am a freebie purist. If a product is acquired free, with no postage, in my head I class that as a wholesome freebie. I am a bit of a traditionalist. But each to their own. It is a nice little bag for a fiver. Xx
Ceebers This has always been quite a debatable topic. The question (not exact words): "Are freebies where you have to pay for delivery still considered as being freebies?" has been asked many a time on LD and probably on other sites. I personally say yes and no. If the delivery seems too high, let's say more than Β£2 then I don't consider it as being a freebie. I certainly wouldn't pay a fiver for something which is supposedly 'free'. But if you see this as being a deal instead, then it is certainly a very good one. xx
RegularComper90 Completely agree with you. It's buyer's discretion in this case. If you like the bag and want it for the princely sum of Β£5 then go for it. Still think this is a deal, but happy to let this one ride. Xx
It's not clear whether it's leather or not, description on the website is confusing. I'll pass, but thanks for sharing
Oh wow that's a nice bag! Definitely a great bargain. I just ordered myself one. Thank you for sharing
joannamariewest I bought the grey, I like that it's so compact. I'm soo excited
You can't ever have too many bags.
Though it's nice that you are considering giving it to someone who really needs it. x
I had mine delivered today. You get what you pay for. It is cheap tat basically. It smells too.
Did you contact there support? Seems unusual to me since they are very helpful and sometimes these things happen through transit in my experience. I am sure you would get a replacement or a refund if you contacted them? Let us know what they say.
My wife's bags are perfect and don't smell seems like another karen to me DeepikaKaja. Did you contact support I am sure they would help you?
No, I haven't contacted them. I've not used that website before and thought since it wasn't really much cost wise, I shouldn't expect much. V12, your wife's bags look pretty. Thanks for advice.
DeepikaKaja no problem companies reply if there is a complaint. If after the complaint they haven't really helped or made a mess of things then submitting a post is suffice but I think its just ethical for customers to contact companies first deal with the problem and then reviews but its up to everyone else I personally feel this way because you could of got a refund or a replacement as these companies fulfillment processes or couriers could of accidently damage the product along the way. So someone is at fault and good companies usually fix this. Hope that helps and its not a moan just think it helps people gave a correct process. And if I had a business and so a review before a customer even contacted me would give me less reason to help because you've already done damage before even getting help. Always look on the otherside. #helping businesses #justadvice
