Mrmac that comment is for the person who didn't order the second order isn't it. I guess they are just lying. They just ignore my emails so it's a dishonest company. If you don't see many bad reviews that's because they report all bad reviews. They reported my genuine review immediately and when they do reviews get removed or hidden so my review is not on there now.
What an amazing offer but interesting to see the bad feedback that they charge which makes me wary, will see how brave I feel as to whether I order - will definitely be stocking up, thank you for sharing!
No don't order! They charge £10 and never ever reply to emails. I emailed many times but still haven't received a refund for the free trial box I ordered a few month ago.
I had one a box like this from a similar company, the veg were old and when I phoned to complain about having limp carrots the man on the other end of the phone started crying(?)
i got a box free several months ago. I didn’t get charged but did have to speak to someone who said he was just a poor farmer trying to sell his produce. I seem to remember it said something in the terms that they could charge if they believed it hadn’t been ordered in good faith. It was good quality fruit.

Thank you for sharing! I'm really impressed. Mine arrived today with heritage tomatoes, mushrooms, oranges, grapes chanteray carrots and bananas. Quality is excellent. And I haven't been charged but am now thinking of signing up to them weekly!
