ELIGIBILITY FOR ENTRY

The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over as of 27th March 2019.

One entry to the competition per household.

The directors, management and employees of any entity within itsu [grocery] ltd, itsu limited and any third party involved in the organisation of this competition, as well as their immediate families, are not entitled to participate in the competition.

itsu [grocery] ltd and itsu limited, at its sole discretion may disqualify any entrant to the competition where it suspects that the entrant has breached any of these Terms.

HOW TO ENTER

In order to enter the competition, entrants can complete an entry form successfully at www.itsu.com and agree with itsu [grocery] ltd and itsu limited privacy policy and T&C’s.

Entries will be accepted from 9am in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) on 27th March 2019 (the “Commencement Date”) until 2,000 addresses have been entered.

itsu [grocery] ltd and itsu limited shall not be responsible for any entry submission failures caused by technical errors.

DETERMINATION OF WINNERS

The first 2,000 people to sign up and submit their postal address online will receive one of three itsu meal kits (either miso salmon, teriyaki chicken or chilli sesame tofu).

One entry per household.

Failure to comply with the requirements set out in these Terms may result in a winner being disqualified and an alternative winner being chosen in their place. In addition, itsu [grocery] ltd and itsu limited reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse to award any prize to any winner who has or, is deemed likely to have, violated any term or rule outlined in these Terms, gained unfair advantage or won the competition using fraudulent or unfair means.

THE PRIZE

There are 2,000 prizes available.

The prize consists of one meal kit per address entered. Meal kits will be posted by Royal Mail (2nd Class). itsu [grocery] ltd can take no responsibility for undelivered or damaged items.

The meal kit recipe will be randomly assigned.

The prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be substituted for any other prize or cash value.

Meal kits will be posted out no later than 30th April 2019.
