It's a free trial but there is a subscription but when u order the trial there is a certain amount of time to cancel it so u won't get charged £5 a month

Free means free, without any obligations/ subscription or anything else. It is not mentioned on the deal posted here anything about a subscription.

adrianviorel198 when you express your opinion as fact, yes. You stated it isn’t free, when by the definition of ‘freebie’ on this site, it is free. When postage is like £4/5, you can understand, but it’s £1.50 and you’re complaining

I always worry I’ll forget to cancel the subscription and there’s £1.50 delivery charge too so I’ll give it a miss.
Lukime £1.50 is a bargain for what you get. It would cost more than that to drive to the shop, but they post it to you. We’ve been subscribed to them for about a year, but cancelling is very easy 
I've been with Smol for about 3 years now, and with the trial pack you get 9 capsules. So this is a bargain. That's 9 washes depending on the size of your washer. 1 for standard size or you may want to use 2 for a larger size, your preference. It is easy to cancel and the customer service is brilliant.
this is a great freebie got mine today and the process to cancel the subscription was pretty quick and easy just had to email them with name and address and it was done on top of that the product it self is actually pretty good, you get 9 in the free pack which is great.
