HannahMortimore it is mostly. But they send random items to companies who register to be collection points. I have a feeling that the free gift will be a random item from the ones sent to the companies. I haven’t collected my free gift yet but I can view all items in stock at collection point on the app so I’ll have a look through tomorrow and see if it’s in the list. I reccon it will be. Or possibly something someone didn’t collect as it would cost wish to have it sent back and so cheaper for wish to give it away instead
Have you tried the local collection? There are certain items you can collect from a shop close to you. We’ve got a few within 20 mins drive away but the closest one to me is 5 mins away which is a bonus.
