MISSMESSY yes I too cancelled before my first payment was due to be taken . Unfortunately my first free pair hadn’t arrived at the time so I was worried they wouldn’t arrive . However they came following day

It's a great idea but do people spend that much on underwear every year? Maybe I wear mine to long lol. Just bought 3 pairs for £5.50 on offer at Mataland 
I did this and got the pants pretty quickly, they do however charge £1 which is fine, but the weird part is that they haven't classed it as being sent and paid for even though I received them so I can't cancel the subscription as it doesn't class me as having one. They also haven't replied to my message querying it. Very odd! Nice pants though.

Could do with a free pair of pants, but I'm not into boxer ones, but maybe worth a try.I couldn't find a boxer emoji, so this was the next best one. 
I got a free pair and cancelled with ease. I have since got a voucher to re start and would mean if I pay the subscription price I get another free pair with the paid one
all these comments make me laugh, i did this some time ago and its a great quality product, all you had to do is once the boxers came cancle the subscription and no money is taken, no hidden fees too, they even give out offers once cancelled such at 2 for 1
wonderingsoul I get what you are saying, just can be a pain to get out of these things sometimes. I would feel better if it was just a one off payment for the postage for the free pair, without any need to subscribe and then worry about will it cancel and no further dd's be taken? nothing personal on though!
