Thomas18 A questnion about this, I can't see anything that just says cancel, it keeps asking when to reactivate, and I have managed to get it set to inactive? But I did not see anything that was a straightforward cancel subscription option?

We did this & yup, 1 pair 100% free, delivered. Just make sure you cancel, and they don’t let you cancel for like a couple weeks so you gotta get it in the few days between where it’s possible & you get charged. But it’s able to be done all online.

My sister got these for my brother in law and then cancelled when received and has had no problems. Just make sure you remember to cancel before they charge you if you don't want to keep the subscription going. Thanks for sharing

MISSMESSY yes I too cancelled before my first payment was due to be taken . Unfortunately my first free pair hadn’t arrived at the time so I was worried they wouldn’t arrive . However they came following day . Very easy to cancel subscription

I did this and got the pants pretty quickly, they do however charge £1 which is fine, but the weird part is that they haven't classed it as being sent and paid for even though I received them so I can't cancel the subscription as it doesn't class me as having one. They also haven't replied to my message querying it. Very odd! Nice pants though.

all these comments make me laugh, i did this some time ago and its a great quality product, all you had to do is once the boxers came cancle the subscription and no money is taken, no hidden fees too, they even give out offers once cancelled such at 2 for 1

wonderingsoul I get what you are saying, just can be a pain to get out of these things sometimes. I would feel better if it was just a one off payment for the postage for the free pair, without any need to subscribe and then worry about will it cancel and no further dd's be taken? nothing personal on though!
