I've ordered before and despite canceling immediately, I was charged for the next pair of boxers. Somehow, cancellation didn't work, so beware. On a plus side, boxers are absolutely fabulous. My husband and I love them

mariamusatova I got an email saying I can cancel my subscription from the 3rd of June maybe you didn't cancel it as you can't cancel it immediately ill let u know
mso I thought I cancelled, but it's more difficult thani thought. "Please note: it is not possible to cancel if you still have an outstanding payment. You can easily pay this through your account." I cancelled immediately after receiving anther pair, so how come I have an outstanding payment, is bizarre! That freebie come at a very high price (for high quality pants)

Did you tried to contact their customer service mariamusatova? You could say you want to return the last pair as you don’t like it and they should issue you with a refund.
Don't join these i think its a scam ive not recived my first pair so I've cancelled my membership it says I've received my first pair yet I haven't they won't reply to me on Instagram such a shame as I wanted to use these and get a new pair each month so don't join ive not recived anything yet
This offer was posted before and I know people in the past received them so I’m wondering if is something to do with current situation and delay in a post Hopefully they will get back to you soon! Best of luck 
Yeah I thought that but it says ive recived them so I assuming they have been sent out or they have just updated it and not sent them either way ive cancelled my subscription and getting a new bank card just incase shame cause they looked really nice

I ordered a pair of free boxers and & haven't received them either! So I want to cancel my subscription, but it wont let me until the 9th of June. Today is the 9th of June so please give me there personal email so I can cancel from this scam of a company! Was looking forward on wearing my new boxers, but with them not being delivered I wish I never added my card details now!

How do you cancel the free trial? The earliest I can cancel will bill me for a month, despite being signed up for less than a week. Phone number isnt in use and no clear way forward. Why is it not straightforward like other subscription services?

I have cancelled my subscription but they are still taking money out of my account. So I'm going to my bank and cancelling the direct debit as it's not fair they are still taking money out of my account.
I am sorry to hear that. I have realised that the feedbacks are so mixed and quite few negative in that way so thats the reason I've expired this deal. I hope you will manage to get that sorted with your bank.
Highly disappointed with the Dutch firm. The company said to offer a trial lesson, nevertheless, there was no mentioning of being obliged to pay for an additional pair of boxers.
I contacted the firm to showcase that the quality was not satisfactory and the boxers were quite uncomfortable. I did mention that I would like to no longer receive the shipped item and they said 'WE ARE SO SORRY, BUT YOU NEED TO RECEIVE THEM and THEN SHIP IT BACK'.
Needless to mention they unsatisfactory and poor customer service, taking ages to come back to their customers. Very unreliable.
As a company you should take your customers more seriously, otherwise, your inappropriate courses of action will severe your customers' loyalty and trust.
I even pointed out that the delivery will be delayed, for an additional month, (the initial delivery date was September 18th, and now the company mentioned that they have to postpone it to October 18th. "Apparently due to their fictional demand". It makes me question if the previous reviews or customers were paid?
A note to other customers: stay away from them.

I cannot cancel my membership I don't want my boxers and its my free trial but they won't let me cancel till I have them
Free pair came then cancelled and they still keep coming ten pound a pairing having a nervous breakdown at the moment and this is not helping at all
I ordered a pair 4 years ago, then cancelled and I completely forgot about it until this week when I received an email. It thanks me for my order and informs me that my order is on the way. Couldn’t remember password, had to reset. Lo and behold, a pair of boxers is coming to my name and address in a size that isn’t mine. I havent ordered it and trying to cancel it took me to the same error page 6 times today. Worst marketing choice, ”selling” me stuff by force!
You all must be doing something wrong I’ve not paid for one pair and I have about 7 pairs so if it’s a scam I’m the one winning
