Badge and card application
Many of our customers, particularly disabled people and those with invisible impairments, conditions or illnesses, find it difficult to get a seat. Our free 'Please offer me a seat' badge and card makes it easier to let other passengers know that you need a seat.
TfL provides help, maps and guides to help you travel around London.
'Please offer me a seat' packs can be sent to any address in the Greater London area, and to South East England. You can order one by filling out the form below or calling TfL Customer Services on 0343 222 1234.
these are great and are sent fairly quickly. I find it awkward asking people to offer me a seat as I have hidden disabilities, this makes it a lot easier. thank you very much for sharing
