I have never got anything from the counters whenever I show the voucher the staff doesnt behave nicely
I know what you mean.. I went to a Debenhams Estee Lauder counter to exchange a voucher for a bottle of 10 days worth of double wear Foundation and they got extremely funny because she was wanting me to book a consultation for colour match which meant coming back into town the next day!! I left without my sample it was like trying to get blood out of a stone!! Boots were much better no problem in their store at the Estee Lauder counter.. I think it depends on the place.
same they also say that there is nothing available and make me feel very embarrassed

HayleyMcGill I'm the same. Better to try before you buy for sensitive skin. I always avoid added fragrance in skincare product's. Still a tester is much more reassuring.
I once went into store to try and collect a voucher like this from the brand. I had to give so much personal data to get one tiny sachet. Very disappointing but grear if you have friendly staff serving

0.5ml isn’t really worth the effort, I know it’s normally expensive but no something I’ll be doing

Some of the above comments make me almost sad the fact that the women/ men on the beauty counters at the high profile & selling beauty products are so unhelpful it should not matter whether ur foreign what colour creed ethnicity you are a lot these particular products are very expensive & if you purchase should get a few sample test freebies to try & test use a night Argan oil night repair serum for face which is 99p lasts forever it really does works & is a very large fraction of the Estée Lauder eye serum worth a try not as painful on the bank balance
