I joined in July and have never gotten everything except for when I signed up to the Debenhams Beauty Club Card and it arrived a month later which is stated on the website. Yesterday I used their card to get my first freebie. I got a 15ml Fliogra Ant-Wrinkle cream. Very happy with the freebie!
