We can confirm we do offer the 'Find Your Fit' sample pack but it has to be done directly via our website. We have no affiliation with the FreeStuff.co.uk website that shared this information with you so we aren't sure why they sent you the incorrect information there.

To request a sample pack, please follow the instructions below:

- Log onto our website here: https://www.betty.me/

- Select the 'betty products' drop down menu

- Click the button for a 'Pick & Mix' box by selecting the 'pick & mix box please' button

- Hover over the screen/delay the selection process and a pop up will come up for you to fill in your details for a sample pack. If you do not see the option, please be patient and wait for it to come up. It usually shows up after 30 seconds of inactivity.
