To everyone saying they've applied and never received anything, I also applied a few times and didnt hear anything back either so I emailed them and they sent me a pile of samples and a full sized tube so could be worth trying

signed up to this as my daughter has a nasty scar on her knee after a injury at school. never received the free sample. shame as I would of purchased from them if it worked. Shame that they take your details but never get back to you.
