Ordered the sample, after 3 weeks wait emailed them to refund. They blamed covid (typical) but 3 weeks is way too long to wait 
Oh really? They may well be a backlog I've been waiting for parcels for ages due to covid. (Was due a cheestring lunch box since September and I've had updates it should be herehere sometime November)
RebeccaArmes at least you got updates. There was no communication at all with NUDDY. And somehow, other companies are able to send freebie bar shampoos within a week despite covid?

RebeccaArmes think the most unpleasant thing about it was no communication, I emailed them 3 weeks after placing the order (night owl I sent it early hours) and the reply first thing in the morning asking if it arrived by now?? Not happy with their customer service as they never apologised either...

Not really a freebie - £2.99 for a shampoo bar. Can get a bottle of shampoo for less than £1 for Lidl
Depends if people want to try it or not though really although I do agree with you it may not be suitable for everyone's hair types
The idea is to save plastic waste, bottled shampoo is bottled, bars have no plastic waste.
I'm sorry but you cannot compare a Lidl shampoo to a shampoo bar that is made of natural ingredients without parabens sls etc! It's like comparing a Peugeot 106 to Mercedes C class.
Started using shampoo bars (from different company) few months back and I will never go back to my previous brand.
