Nope as above that never materialised so I rang them & said old ones not working properly & they pronto sent me two new remotes, one voice activated & another. Did not return old ones to them
Sky are usually so good & we received ours immediately. Keep on at them until receive, as all should get, they were rolling out new model recently cashs0016
