Kelsey is the brains behind it all so you'd have to ask him. I think it is set up so it will pop up as a duplicate if it's shared in a certain time frame.

Sometimes things aren't detected by the system because the URL is different even if it goes to the same page which is what has tended to happen with Argos links.
