Their website just says "This week, we'll be giving away 2.5m sunflower seeds to our lovely customers, in a bid to spread a little sunshine and cheer. Just head into store and pick up for free pack at the till."
So we'd better get ourselves over there! btw - thanks for the share, Pjran.
Thank you for sharing. If I’m near my local this week, I’ll pop in and pick a packet up, certainly brighten the garden up.
Thank you for sharing I will ask when I go in as my daughter loves gardening and loves to eat sunflower seeds too will tell my daughter as well hopefully she can get some to grow with my granddaughter
I picked mine up this morning - although I had to ask the sales assistant and she went to the back of the store to give me some! Definitely ask!
I have just got some from Morrison’s today and have just planted them so I am waiting for them to grow so I can pass them on to my friends and neighbours to spread some seeds of hope and add a bit colour to the gardens
I did receive my packet with sunflower seeds. I have no patience to plant them, although the weather is not helping, it's been so cold with temperatures lower than the usual for this month.
