I think these could be great as menstrual protection back ups, purely because one regular pack never caters that well as in quantity and staying in place, the more comfortable and practical the higher the price and they still have an odd number in regards to quantity so easy to run out! In addition I feel even just the liners are a good possible solution for when that time is due to prevent any sudden leakages as no one knows the exact minute or hour that time of month again will commence and obviously will be at the most inconvenient time
