Back in April 28, 2017 Amazon made an announcement here that Amazon Underground "Actually Free" apps and games will end support in 2019 so you still have several months till 2019 hits in.
In order to claim Amazon Underground apps/games, you unfortunately can't use a standard Android device anymore but instead it has to be an Amazon Kindle as it has become an "exclusive" of sorts as it's closing down.
Games such as Sonic CD is no longer available on the service to claim but the rest appears to be. One of the advantages of the Amazon Underground version over Play Store is that these games can be played offline while the Play Store version may not. It does require you to use the Amazon account registered to.
