Dear tumblespots I have also ordered six samples of Christmas Cards. There are some many to. Choose from and I had a hard time deciding which six I wanted. In the end I chose six that I liked the best.
HelenPacker yes i agree there are a lot of different varieties to choose from thanks
Ziad4321 There definitely are different varieties of Christmas Cards to choose from but I am sure that you will choose the ones that you like the best. I am glad that there are so many different ones to choose from eventhough it still makes the final decision on which six to purchase a hard decision. I wonder how many orders we can place and how many times we can place an order?.
I have sent for another six so when they arrive I will have 12 in total as I have ordered two lots of six.
This is a great freebie. Very useful for this season. Thank you so much for sharing the freebie with us.
Thank you for sharing this with us. I remember ordering some last year but cant remember if I actually received any
Thank you, Have ordered 6, as said before there are a lot of cards to choose from so a difficult choice, once again thank you
This is such a good freebie. Agree with others as so much choice. Lots of thanks for good find
Thanks for sharing, though don't see much use of the cards as they are printed with example personalisation...
In that case we will all have to do as Morecambe & Wise used to do and send cards that add an extra bit saying 'and Giles (or whoever) send his love too'!
I am going to share this post on social media sites so that others can get the item from latestdeals.co.uk
You're all missing the most important thing here, and AgnesMann, you should have posted this snippet of text:
"Please note samples are sent out printed with example personalisation on the inside of the card as standard."
This is a non-deal.
You can't use these cards for people at Christmas.
You're just wasting the time and money of this company for no reason - you'll not gain anything.
They may even see am unusually high demand for samples and realise something is wrong, and not send anything out.
In that case we will all have to do as Morecambe & Wise used to do and send cards that add an extra bit saying 'and Giles (or whoever) send his love too'!
MeestairChrees Thank you for your observations.
Can I just correct you on some points.
Firstly this is a freebie.
Not a deal.
A freebie - is as it suggests an item or items that are offered at no cost.
A deal is where an item or items are offered with a reduced price or additional offer. A deal involves the exchange of money.
Secondly these are offered by the company as a free sample. There are no restrictions on the source of applicant.
" You're just wasting the time and money of this company for no reason - you'll not gain anything."
Thirdly how do you know that they won't result in sales ?
How do you know some of our members won't order cards or pass onto friends ?
Lastly - you may be aware that many of our members enjoy arts and crafts. These samples can be adapted by affixing to card and used as greeting cards.
The owners of Latest Deals are receptive to a manufacturer's request to remove posts they are not happy about.
The manufacturer can trace the source of the application. There are no attempts to cheat or hide the contents of a post.
AgnesMann whether it's a real or freebie isn't really the point. A freebie is a kind of deal.
Yes, people can use these for crafts, and had you mentioned that and the fact that they came with example personalisations, that would be a good argument. But instead, you've advertised it here as free Christmas cards, conveniently leaving out that very important point.
The reason most people will be applying for these, is free Christmas cards they can use, because that's what you've advertised them as. But they can't use them like that. So yes, because of your selectively vague description, they will have been getting lots of orders that actually, a lot of users here wouldn't have bothered with it they knew the full truth.
I've ordered something similar before with another misleading description. I was disappointed with what I got because it wasn't what the deal/freebie hunter suggested it was.
Just be honest about what you've found and are sharing, that's all. As you say, plenty of people here will be happy with them for crafts, but advertise them as such, not as actual cards they can use to give out at Christmas.
What a lovely freebie, lots of choice to suit peoples preferences. Thank you for the share, Iβve ordered my favourite 6.
