I've been trying for ages the app and the website have both stopped Sparks, according to twitter it's because of heavy usage.

I heard the offers are personalised so it's better if a family uses more than one account, which could potentially mean also two totes?
I logged into my Sparks account and found I had a free croissant, a bag of Percy pigs sweets, a tote bag and a £5 and a £20 to spend in store. Thanks for posting

Shopped in Marks today and my Sparks card showed I could have a free tote bag but they didn't have any in store and never have apparently....
