Just ordered. Fingers crossed. Will be good to have in the house for when my brother visits as he's Type 1 diabetic.
All diabetics cannot get free meters from their doctors - I was diagnosed type two and on tablets but even after asking they will not give me one. Told I can buy one but not get one off them. How am I supposed to check what my level is with no way of checking ? I use one of my dads now but it is not really the issue - when had foot check the first thing they asked was what my blood sugar level was!
And ask at the pharmacy for one if your type 2 diabetes your on tablets there not a lot you can do even if you are high sugar levels am on tablets but l think l will be on insulin soon
