Download the "Windows 10 Media Creation Tool," then you'll move on to download Windows 10 and from that point on everything is pretty much straightforward as always.
Alternately, if you want Windows 10 for free, but you don't have Windows 7, 8.0 or 8.1, then an unactivated copy of Windows 10 works, too. The difference is, you can't customize it, that's it.
