My mother has Vodafone broadband and its rubbish. The router options have been disabled in the firmware which causes some issues with her chromebook and it seems to have a terrible contention ratio in the evening. Often downloads don't finish due to speeds going to zero at times and not all downloads can be resumed. Tried their customer services and they were rubbish. It's ok most of the time but I personally wouldn't recommend them. My much slower BT broadband is actually faster downloading as I get the full speed of the contract even if much slower. My broadband is much more consistent. I feel Vodafone have ruined their service with a high contention ratio. Of course this could be because she has a lot of Vodafone customers around her by chance but she will definitely not be using Vodafone again at the end of her contract.
