Finding bargains which are actually good value for money can be difficult. You may pick up a product which seems like a good price at the time, only to find it cheaper elsewhere and realise you could have saved some money.

Deal Expert Tom Church, Co-Founder of money-saving community LatestDeals.co.uk, recently posted a TikTok video titled What’s New At Iceland? It quickly gained over 20,000 views within 24 hours, with 10 products shoppers are going mad for.

Tom said: ‘I love sharing new products and genuine deals with shoppers. I went to Iceland and found these 10 products which are exciting, delicious and good value for money. The video took off on TikTok and quickly went viral, with shoppers going mad for these new foods! Here are the best deals I found.’

1) Mary Berry Raspberry Panna Cotta, £3 - Save Up To £1.25

New in Iceland is this Mary Berry Raspberry Panna Cotta. At just £3, it’s great value for money. If you shop elsewhere for raspberry panna cotta, you’re paying between 20p and £1.25 more in stores such as Ocado and Waitrose. This was so good I couldn’t help but polish off both of them myself!

2) Bailey’s Ice Cream, £3.50 - Save £1

I’ve been looking for this ice cream for weeks now, and I finally found it. A tub of Ben and Jerry will typically cost you £4.50, so this Iceland product is great value considering it comes with a boozy twist!

3) TGI Raspberry Ripple Sundae Ice Cream Cake, £3 - Half Price

Have you seen TGI’s Raspberry Ripple Sundae Ice Cream Cake? It’s just £3, making it really good value for money. There’s also the Salted Caramel Waffle Ice Cream Cake and my favourite, the Cookies & Cream Sundae Ice Cream Cake, both for the same price. You can’t find ice cream cake everywhere - the only other one I found was in Waitrose, and it was £6 - in other words, twice the price.

4) Saucy Chicken Bites, £3 - Get More For Less

Also new in Iceland are these Chip Shop Curry Bites. Plus they have a Sweet & Sour variety and a Barbecue flavour too. They’re all £3 and would make a quick and easy dinner on a school night. Cook all three and try to guess which is which! Considering Sainsbury's offers 200g of chicken bites for £2.20 and ASDA offers 200g for £1.20, getting 560g for £3 in Iceland is a much better deal.

5) Turkey Twizzlers Cheese ‘n’ Bean, £3 - Only In Iceland

I am sure these £3 cheese n’ bean turkey Twizzlers will soon be a British delicacy. They are fried and twisted, and I usually serve these with ketchup or mayonnaise. Plus, they are great party food. You’ll struggle to find these in other supermarkets - I checked online in ASDA, Tesco and Morrisons but couldn’t find them!

6) Cathedral City Pizza, £3 - Save £1 With Iceland Bonus Card

If you use your Iceland Bonus Card you can get the Cathedral City Cheese & Ham Pizza down from £3 to only £2. The quantity of toppings were a tad disappointing, but the cheese tastes good and for £2 it is good value. Plus, I couldn’t find this product online in ASDA, Tesco, Morrisons or Sainsburys, so your best bet is going down to Iceland!

7) Slush Puppie Straws - Save Over £3 Compared With Tango Blast

Slush Puppie Straws are definitely not new, but they are apparently new in Iceland. £1 for a box of 13 - that’s around 8p a straw! And they also have the Slush Puppie drinks - again these are not new, but maybe Iceland is only stocking them now for the first time.

Here’s how you can save some serious money - these are amazing to take to the cinema. A large Tango Blast costs £4.29 in the cinema, but you can freeze one of the 90p drinks at home, add an 8p straw and you’re sorted for under £1!

8) 10 Chiquito Nacho Cheese Bites, £2.50 - Cheapest Price Per Kg

You can get a ten-pack of Chiquito Nacho Cheese Bites for £2.50. They’re like "little pillows of cheese" - a great option for a quick snack. Plus, they come out cheaper than their supermarket competitors. ASDA and Sainsburys offer bites priced at £13.90 per kg, Tesco has Saint Augur bites at £22 per kg, but this Iceland product is £11.36 per kg, saving you over £2 per kg.

9) McCain Gastro Craft Beer Fries, £3

I had never seen these McCain Gastro Craft Beer Fries before at £3. They have the skin on the ends which makes them a bit crispier. It would be good to try but I am such a lightweight they’ll probably make me drunk! I checked other supermarkets and they’re 30p more for 50g more in Sainsbury's and ASDA, but Iceland is currently offering a 2 for £4.50 deal. Result! Also, if you have an Iceland Bonus Card, you can get this product reduced to £2, making it even cheaper!

10) McCain Street Fries Pulled Pork - Save 25p With Online Deal

McCain also had a deal on its pulled pork street fries. Normally £2.50 each they’re 2 for £4.50 online, making them 25p cheaper. I really like these - they’re fries loaded with pulled pork in a honey and mustard sauce. The packaging says to put them in the microwave, but heads-up - they taste so much better if you cook them in the oven or air fryer.
