Wetherspoons is gearing up for its Spring Beer Festival, bringing never-seen-before international beers to its taps across the UK. Running from March 5 to March 16, the festival will showcase 30 real ales, including five brand-new international brews from Australia, Canada, Italy, New Zealand, and the USA.
Among the global additions, beer lovers can sample Wallaby from Australia’s Penny Red, Estuary Session Ale from Canada’s Land & Sea, and Chocolate Porter from Italy’s Birra Perugia. New Zealand’s Antipodean and the USA’s Hey Pal will also make their UK pub debut.
Prices will start at £1.69 per pint in select Wetherspoons pubs, with most locations charging £1.99. Some pubs may price pints at £2.49, so it’s best to check your local menu in advance.
Tom Church, Co-Founder of LatestDeals.co.uk, the discount code platform, said, "Wetherspoons is always a great place for affordable drinks, and with new international beers at these prices, it’s a fantastic chance to try something different without breaking the bank!

£1.99 for a pint is a brilliant price and even better for those Wetherspoons charging £1.69 although I suspect those will be in the minority. The Yeovil Wetherspoons is currently closed for refurbishment for a few months I think or at least a month. Saying that I've never been in my local Wetherspoons ever. I use Wetherspoons all the time but only when I visit other places.
