1. Being a recent graduate I know what it’s like to be a student - every penny counts! Whether it’s finding the best time to check the yellow stickers in supermarkets or figuring out the best value for money meal deals, I love making my money stretch without scrimping on the quality of stuff.
2. I’m a huge foodie and can’t stand the thought of wasting food! Having tried over 60 Too Good To Go bags in my area, I can spot a bargain when it comes to anything food-related. You’ll often find me at Costco buying in bulk to save money in the long run, or preparing a shopping list from my Nectar offers or supermarket coupons so I can get the best price possible.
3. I love helping people around me find the best deals. As soon as someone tells me they’re looking for a certain item, the first thing I say is, “have you checked on Latest Deals”’, and usually, I’ll find it at a better price or with another incentive like an extra discount or free delivery code.

Home & Garden: Since being a homeowner, my favourite thing to do is make my flat look cool on a limited budget, so I have a pretty good eye for finding things that look luxurious but aren’t expensive. My biggest advice with this is to keep an eye on the price instead of buying things straight away - prices can go up and down depending on demand and offers, this applies especially to Amazon or even Dunelm who usually do seasonal clearances with up to 75% off!

Fashion: I love anything fashion related, and honestly I’m a sucker for following trends. I’m pretty much solely an online shopper, always looking for something new to wear. However, my biggest tip for saving money is to shop out of season. If you’re looking for a new winter coat, try having a look in Spring when they’re all reduced, and vice versa have a look at the end of summer for some hefty discounts on swimwear.

My Top Tips for Saving Money Online

• My first tip is don’t forget about your birthday! Not in the literal sense, but a few weeks beforehand, make sure to sign up to shop newsletters or schemes to get freebies and discounts for your birthday. Last year I managed to get a free main meal, a couple of sweet treats and even a free bottle of prosecco - birthday celebrations sorted! Some of my favourite offers are £5 off Lush, a free gift at Sephora and quadruple points at Superdrug.
• My second would be to use the Too Good To Go app. There’s a bunch of restaurants, cafes, and shops that take part where you can buy and pick up any food that would otherwise go to waste. I’ve used it for dinners when I’m due a food shop, for my lunches as a lot of the time you’ll get essentials like bread, meat, and veggies. My top two (I can’t pick a favourite) have got to be Cinnabon who give you absolutely loads of stuff, and YO! Sushi where you can normally get over £20 worth of stuff for about £6 or £7.
• Last but not least, always check second hand sites like Vinted before buying things full price. I love buying the newest pair of trainers, but a lot of the time I can find the same ones barely worn on Vinted for half the price. I did this recently on a pair of Dr Martens and saved £100 off the RRP.

I love the community we’ve built at LD. I love helping people and seeing people help others on the site. The chat section is great, it has so many interesting topics which everyone gets to discuss together and share opinions, advice, and little stories about themselves - it’s wholesome to see and I often get involved too! I work with an amazing team at LD where we all help each other out, we’re small but growing with more fabulous peeps!
