AnitaCallinswoo It does say in the post it's for selected shops. These eBay codes are usually a waste of time though. Save your money now because when we get past this lockdown, I reckon eBay will be driving sales back in with better promotions than this one. They occasionally release a code that gives you money off everything and that'll be the time - after lockdown.
