Order received between 24th and 26th December will be dispatched on 27th December, and orders received after 3pm on 31st December and 1st January will be dispatched on 2nd January.

Orders purchased as Christmas Gifts from 14/11 onwards can enjoy extended returns for exchange or refund up until 10th January 2020.

All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on the Monday.

UK and overseas orders are shipped by DPD, DHL and Royal Mail special delivery.

Delivery charges are a follows:

Standard UK delivery (2-3 days) Over £150 FREE or £5 for less

Next day UK delivery (received before 3pm) £8

London Same Day Delivery (Monday to Friday) £15

Europe (2-4 days) Over £150 FREE or £10 for less

USA (2-3 days) Over £150 FREE or £15 for less

International (4-6 days) Over £150 FREE or £20 for less

We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will need to sign for your purchase, so it is important to use a delivery address where you will be available to sign, or somebody you trust can sign for it.

Most orders will be dispatched within 1 working day subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock. Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer
