Our Rewards Club Member Delivery Pass gives you unlimited next day home delivery for a whole year for a one off payment of £5.

To take advantage, you will need to:

Either login to your Reward Club Member account or register to join the Rewards Club.

Go to the ‘My Account’ section.

Click the Delivery Pass link to get back to this page and then click the ‘Add Delivery Pass To Bag’ button above or below.

You must also purchase a product in this transaction.

When checking out, select the Standard Next Day Home Delivery option.

The discount will be automatically applied at the payment stage.

You will then receive unlimited FREE Next Day home delivery when make a purchase for a whole year, just don’t forget to select the next day delivery option!

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Rewards Club Member Delivery Pass, which can only be purchased online, entitles you to 12 months unlimited Standard Next Day Home Delivery on orders placed online.

The Rewards Club Member Delivery Pass will be active on the transaction in which you purchase the Delivery Pass and then redeemable on all other purchases within 2 working days. Any Standard Next Day Home Delivery orders you place online within the next 12 months will be provided at no additional cost. The Delivery Pass is non-transferable and can only be used for orders placed on the customer account on which it is purchased.

You have the right to cancel the Delivery Pass at any time up to 14 days after we send you the email confirming it has been set up. If you do cancel, you are entitled to a refund of the purchase price less the normal value of any standard delivery services you have already received using the Delivery Pass. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and will give you notice of any significant changes.

Next Day Delivery is available for UK addresses only.

Deliveries made by Royal Mail Monday to Saturday with signed proof of delivery.

Orders placed before 8:00pm Monday to Friday will be despatched on the same day and delivered the Next Day. Orders containing engraved fragrances must be placed before 4:00pm Monday to Friday and these will be despatched on the same day and delivered the Next Day.

Orders placed on a Friday (after 8:00pm), Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday and delivered Tuesday (excluding Public Holidays). Orders that are despatched on a Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. Orders containing engraved fragrances that are placed on a Friday (after 4:00pm), Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday and delivered Tuesday (excluding Public Holidays).

We cannot always guarantee delivery within our normal timescales to rural areas or if we are experiencing severe weather conditions.
