There are two ways you can track your order:

1. Use the link in your confirmation email

1. Go to www.hermesworld.com and enter your tracking number (this can be found in your confirmation email) in the space provided

If you have lost your tracking number, simply log in to your account, select the order and click on the tracking number link.

Additional Information

A safe place or a neighbour can be specified in the checkout where the courier can leave your parcel if you are not home.

During busy periods deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your order within 7 working days please contact our Customer Care team.

EXPRESS OR NAMED DAY DELIVERY

Order by 9pm Sun-Fri, or 12pm Sat for next working delivery to UK Mainland

Next Day delivery is not available when ordering on a Saturday after 12pm, Saturday orders after 12pm will be delivered on the Monday.

Unfortunately this service is not currently available in the Channel Islands. Orders for Northern Ireland and AB postcodes will take an extra day to arrive. Highlands and Islands take up to 5 working days after the named day selected.
