You can shop with confidence as we offer a 100% no quibble guarantee, we will exchange or refund any product if you are in any way dissatisfied, wherever possible we ask that products have the labels intact, have not been worn or washed and are in their original resalable condition. Where hygiene covers are used in briefs and swimwear, these should be in place in the garment. Return postage is free within the UK. We do try to provide a next day service wherever possible. Products will be shipped as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after the receipt of an order. Standard delivery will be made by Royal Mail in the UK and local post outside of the UK.

Some countries impose import duties, which will be charged when the goods are delivered to the destination country. The customer must pay any import duties, as we have no control over these charges. Products for exchange or refund should be returned to Camille Lingerie Unit 2 Cotton Brook Road, Sir Francis Ley Estate, Shaftesbury Street, Derby DE23 8YJ (a pre-paidRoyal Mail returns label is enclosed with each order) within 32 days of receipt. We will accept returns on orders placed for Christmas up until the 31st January. Returns within the UK are free with Royal Mail.

In the event that the products are lost in the post we will require a certificate of posting as proof of the returned product. A certificate of posting can be obtained from the post office free of charge and the certificate should be retained until your refund or return has been completed. Refunds cannot be given on Gift Vouchers.
