I was very impressed and pleased with the service i received with their service engineer.He was friendly,very polite,did a great job and definitely our boiler problem has been resolved after two attempts by other engineers who came before. I hope he will come back next year to service my boiler again.

I love this shop think there's only 2 in Scotland 1 in Edinburgh and 1 in Fife. What an amazing shop they have everything and every month they reduce items by half. I got £120 worth of Yankee candles for £60 there's lots more like curtains bedding etc. I highly rate this shop. If you are a member of them ie subscribed via email then you get to know 3 days before what's going to be on offer, via text. So if there is curtains on offer you get to know on Monday and can buy them on Monday for example, then the public that aren't subscribed they can then buy theirs on the Wednesday. The customer service is amazing they are really helpful. The only thing is if you buy material things like bedding and curtains then you can't get a refund on them.

They have a great online chat for anyone who doesn't want to phone which is my preferred contact method. I joined them and got 3 months free while the promotion was on which was an added bonus but after that it is under £8 a month for my package which was cheaper than comparison websites. I now recommend this website to other people.
