Orders under £15
For orders under £15 there will be a £2.50 postage charge.
Orders over £50
For orders with a product value of over £50, your order will be sent via DHL Courier service. Note that someone may need to be in to sign for the parcel. Alternatively, delivery instructions can be added to your order eg. leave with neighbour if out/leave in parcel bin if out.
Orders under £50
For orders with a product value under £50, your order will be sent by 1st class Royal Mail. We are unable to add delivery instructions on orders under £50.
Next day delivery
If you need your order urgently, please select Priority Despatch at the checkout and we will prioritise and despatch it the same day for you. Our priority despatch service costs £6.99. Subject to courier demand, your order will arrive the next working day by DHL Courier provided you ordered before 2pm the day before. Priority Despatch orders placed after 2pm will leave our warehouse the following working day*. Please note, if you place your order between 2pm Friday - Sunday, it will be despatched on the following Monday*.

Christmas UK delivery
To ensure your order arrives for Christmas our last order dates are as follows:
Standard Royal Mail Delivery: 2pm Wednesday 18th December
Priority Despatch: 2pm Friday 20th December

Delivery Conditions
UK MAINLAND
- For orders over £50, please leave instructions if you want your parcel left safe at your property or with a neighbour. Where such a request is made, Green People cannot accept responsibility for any loss of or damage to the delivery. If you require it to be delivered before a certain time, please call or contact us - there will be an additional charge for this service.
- Although we endeavour to despatch all orders on the day they are received (before 2pm), at busy times this may not be possible. Delivery times stated at checkout are estimates & cannot be guaranteed at busier periods. Please select priority despatch if your order is urgent.
- Prices subject to change without notice.
OVERSEAS
- For orders over £200, please contact us as we will need to calculate the postage cost depending on the weight of your parcel to cover our costs.
- Because of their higher value and an increase in parcels going missing in transit, all overseas orders with a net value of over £40 are sent using a tracked delivery system. The delivery charges shown above include the increased costs of using this service.
- We do not accept responsibility for non-delivery of orders when delivered to addresses outside of the European Community.

Delivery frequently asked questions
DELIVERY TIMES
Standard UK deliveries usually take 3-5 working days but can occasionally take a little longer during busy periods. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of you placing the order, please contact us.
TAXATION ON ORDERS DELIVERED OUTSIDE OF EUROPE
Recipients of orders sent to destinations outside the EEC (including the Channel Islands) are responsible for any local taxes that are due on the goods.
UK purchase tax (VAT) is not charged on such orders. VAT is deducted at the Checkout stage of ordering - after the delivery country has been specified.
BFPO ADDRESSES
The formats allowed are “BFPO NNN” where NNN is 1-3 numeric digits.
HOW IS OVERSEAS DELIVERY CALCULATED?
Delivery charges are calculated based on the basket balance of an order, which excludes deductions from special offers.
