1. Oasis Unlimited is a delivery service option which a customer can purchase for £9.99.
2. When the customer purchases Oasis Unlimited, the customer will be entitled to the unlimited use of the following delivery options: Oasis' Standard Delivery; Nominated Day Delivery; and Next Day Delivery services for a period of twelve (12) months effective from the date of the customer's first purchase ("Membership Period"). The Oasis Unlimited membership does not entitle the customer to nominated evening delivery between 6-10pm. Oasis' delivery options are detailed on the Oasis delivery page which can be located at http://www.oasis-stores.com/gb/delivery-landing.html (the "Oasis Website").
3. Once the Membership Period has expired, the customer will no longer be able to use the services and will need to re-purchase Oasis Unlimited if they wish to continue using the services for a further twelve (12) months'.
4. The customer will need a registered Oasis customer account to subscribe to Oasis Unlimited.
5. The customer's Oasis Unlimited membership shall be activated after the customer has successfully checked out of the Oasis Website following a completed purchase being made on the Oasis Website.
6. If a customer has not made an eligible purchase using the Oasis Unlimited service within one (1) month of purchasing the Oasis Unlimited membership on the Oasis Website, the customer can cancel its Oasis Unlimited membership by contacting Oasis' customer services athttps://oasisfashions.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=53881
7. The customer's Oasis Unlimited membership cannot be cancelled or refunded once an eligible purchase has been made using the Oasis Unlimited membership within the Membership Period on the Oasis Website.
8. Oasis Unlimited is only available for deliveries fulfilled in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland – excluding the postcodes outlined on the Oasis delivery information page http://www.oasis-stores.com/gb/delivery-landing.html
9. There is no minimum spend to use Oasis Unlimited and there is no limit on how many times the customer can order using Oasis Unlimited in the Membership Period.
10. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they use Oasis Unlimited in accordance with the terms and conditions. Any breach of the terms and conditions and/or misuse, in Oasis' opinion, of the Oasis Unlimited membership will result in the termination of the customer's Oasis Unlimited membership and no refund will be given to the customer.
11. Oasis reserves the right to accept or refuse Oasis Unlimited membership and to change any terms and conditions at its discretion.

13. Oasis Unlimited is strictly for personal use only, can only be used by the customer named on the Oasis Unlimited membership and is not available for wholesale, business or resale usage.
