This promotion on December 15, 2021 (hereafter: the 'Promotion') will be offered by: the Seller to buyers (hereafter: 'Participants') in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ireland, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and Luxemburg.

The promotion is valid in the G-Star RAW app from 15 December 2021 00:00:00 to 11 January 2022 23:59:59.

The promotion is valid on the G-Star RAW website from 16 December 2021 00:00:00 to 11 January 2022 23:59:59.

During the promotion period, Participants will receive up to 50% discount on selected items - some restrictions apply, applied in the check-out.

This promotion is only valid via purchases through https://www.g-star.com/en_gb, the official G-Star RAW app.

In the price shown on https://www.g-star.com/en_gb, the applicable discount has not yet been applied.The price will be calculated automatically in the shopping cart.

The Buyer will be entitled to return the Product that has been delivered, free of charge, within a term of 60 days after the Product has been received, without stating his/her reason for doing so, in the manner indicated by the Seller, provided that the Product has not been worn (trying on clothing is permitted), is undamaged and (insofar as possible) is in the original and undamaged packaging. The Buyer will not be permitted to exchange the Product for another Product. If the Buyer wishes to purchase another Product he/she will have to place a new order on the Website.

This Promotion is not valid in combination with other promotions and/or offers.

G-Star reserves the right to unilaterally change, suspend or terminate the Promotion.

Participants demonstrably abusing the Promotion can be excluded from participation. Furthermore, any unduly granted discount may be claimed back.

G-Star is not liable for any misprints, typing or printing errors.

In cases not covered by these conditions, a decision will be made by G-Star.

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant declares to agree with the above Terms and Conditions and the 'General Terms and Conditions' regarding the purchase and sale of a product on or via the Website.
