- Argos is great shop been shopping here for very long time, like the pay and collect they have now. DawnBailey
- Very easy to shop if I use Argos is mainly in store , as the delivery time is way to long to wait . You can find a lots of good deals . Maybe if one of Argos stores would be near me I would use it more often . One think I don’t like you need wait a long time to collecting your items . The staff got very little knowledge what’s they selling. AlicjaJagielska
- I shop at Argos less than I used to now that my children are older but still shop with them a few times a year. I particularly love the sales at Argos as there are always some great bargains to be had.I have never had to return anything to them so haven't dealt with customer service but the staff are always helpful and polite. The range of products is good and being able to reserve and/or pay for items online makes things quick and easy. I also like that you can check the stock in other stores so if they don't have the item you want locally, you can find out the nearest store that does. kellyknight
- Argos remains one of my favourite retailers. It's so easy to check and reserve stock via their website. The range of goods available is vast. Argos is always the first place I check for any new household, diy, electrical or entertainment purchases, as their prices are hard to beat. Furniture, delphware, everyday essentials & gadgets from this retailer are found throughout my home. Even my laptop & smart TV are Argos bargains. Customer service, both online and instore, is second to none. I happily recommend Argos to all. GrainneNi
- Argos has always been one of my favorite retailers especially towards Christmas and i love their many sales they run throughout the year, lets me buy things all year round so there is no pressure towards Christmas time. I also have a few Argos shops nearby which is great if i want to go look at an item before buying it which i do quite often somethings you just need to see before buying and I also love when they do the vouchers when you spend over a certain amount these can add up and saved you a great deal of money and I have always had great experience with their customer service, they made an error on an order i had placed for my mum when she was moving house so it was stressful enough but they sorted it all out for me and also gave me a £20 voucher for her to use to buy an item for her new home which was a lovely touch SRFMLY
- Unfortunately, I’m not a big fan of Argos. While I do love the system of choosing your items and the many great ways to get your product (in store, online, collect from any store in seconds etc) the service I’ve received on most occasions has been appalling. Now while this may be down to one individual store, it does put me off shopping with the brand in future. I also find Argos to be pricier than many of brands and will shop elsewhere, using Argos as a last alternative. emsterific
- Argos used to be my go to shop especially for children's toys as they always run promotions such as 2 for £15 however their prices are often not the cheapest any more. Character branded toys especially can be found a good deal cheaper in other discount retailers The one thing I do love is the option of searching only your local stores which obviously cuts down the frustrating search for in stock clearance items - http://www.argos.co.uk/static/ArgosClearance The staff are always very helpful & friendly at my local branch. - I find Argos a great place to shop when I need something instantly and can order it online by checking which store has it in stock. I will then order it from the nearest store and will go and pick it up. I usually only purchase smaller items such as toys and small household items when they are on offer or in a sale. The only downside it if ther store is busy there is often a very large queue. Staff are always friendly and helpful jacquis
- Argos - My all time favourite store! I've used them for many years but until last year I never used the home delivery service. I must say I can't fault it and think it's one of the best. (Especially when my first ever delivery date was on Boxing Day, ordered the same day). I then went and ordered another few. Your able to pick a date and time for delivery that suits you. App/website is really easy to use and the reserve feature is very handy! Always check there first before I buy anything. Can't fault them at all ScotsChick
