12 Month: Pricing shown is per month and applies to 30Mb, 50Mb, 150Mb, 500Mb and 1Gb Hyperoptic Fibre Broadband and Broadband & Phone packages shown on a 12-month minimum period. Fibre Broadband pricing from month 13 is currently: 30Mb £22 a month, 50Mb £22 a month, 150Mb £35 a month, 500Mb £50 a month, 1Gb £60 a month. Fibre Broadband & Phone packages pricing from month 13 is currently: 30Mb £25 a month, 50Mb £25 a month, 150Mb £38 a month, 500Mb £53 a month, 1Gb £63 a month. If the account is in arrears, the offer will be withdrawn for the remaining period. If the account is terminated within 30 days of activation, no cancellation fees will be payable. After 30 days of active service, standard cancellation terms and fees apply. At least 30 days’ notice is required for termination.

Under this offer, no discount applies to any phone calls you make using any Broadband & Phone package and you will be charged at the standard applicable rate for the phone service option you choose (see our Guide to Charges and Fees for Residential Customers).

Same-day activation is available if a Hyperoptic Socket is installed. If a new Hyperoptic Socket installation is required, standard installation (worth £200) is included in price shown. An activation fee (£29) may apply. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Hyperoptic reserves the right to withdraw the promotion at any time, with or without notice.

*Note that the average download speeds (achievable by 50% of users at peak usage time) for the broadband services we provide are as follows: 900Mb on a 1Gb connection, 500Mb on a 500Mb connection, 150Mb on a 150Mb connection, 50Mb on a 50Mb connection and 30Mb on a 30Mb connection. The 900Mb speed is not achievable by a single device over wifi. For a 900Mb connection to a single device, a wired connection is required.
