I am lucky enough to live a short drive from a Cineworld multi screen complex, and as such I frequent it regularly.
Booking tickets on the website is very straight forward - simply select your film of choice, followed by the date and time you fancy, then select the seats you want and pay. I use the app which then issues me a Q code to scan at a ticket machine in the foyer, which then prints a paper ticket to enable access.
If you fancy a little snack to enhance your cinematic experience then there are a fair few choices, Baskin Robbins has your back if Ice cream is your thing, while Starbucks can furnish you with drinks or cakes aplenty. There is also the obligatory Pick 'n' Mix franchise and of course many different flavours of popcorn.
The screening rooms themselves are always clean, and the seats comfortable with plenty of leg room (I am six foot two). The screens themselves are nice and sharp and the sound is loud, but never booming. My only small gripe is the thirty minutes of adverts before the film starts, but I have learnt to simply arrive slightly later than my ticket states.
