I have ordered from Dobbies several times for my mum as she is gardening mad. I have only ever had one problem which customer services quickly solved , refunded and quickly replaced my damaged items. Everything else has been great and has grown much better than pictures. I would happily order from this website again.

Been to our local Dobbies this weekend and came away with a bargain garden swing .Looks stunning in the garden and have to admit I fell asleep on it this afternoon .When going to Dobbies I was really impressed with the 1 way system to keep you away from other people . When i am looking for unique plants: from shrub to herbs to fruit bearing ones to unique gift ideas and environment friendly products to even decorating one's place or landscaping, this the place i am going and worth a spar. I love how they presented their products. Prices are competitive but worth it, I also watch out when their deals come... I just wish at time their other plants will be price lil bit cheaper... They are 2x expensive than two garden centers i visit.

I often wait until the new year and go and buy christmas decorations in the sales as they are sometimes up to 70% off. I then use them the following year but still get excited as if they were only just purchased. I've always been served quickly and efficiently in store, and the website is so easy to use that I haven't had to speak to customer services! The prices are similar to most garden centres, but often they have flash deals on and so you can bag a bargain!
