DO NOT TRY USING THIS NOW! I used it last weekend fine, today they charged me full fare even tho it said next trip £5 off in my account. Customer Service replied to me saying it's no longer available even tho it said before 4th October.

I tried to use this and it said “Promotion redemption limit exceeded”. Is that my limit, or the code’s limit?
