I bought a mattress from Evesleep and choose the company as we were in need of a mattress in a hurry and they could deliver within 4-5 days, Great! I got the delivery date I requested, they then emailed me to inform me the delivery date had changed to a day when we were not going to be in? I called them and asked to change it back and they agreed, on the day before the delivery date they said they had delivered it to me, however they must have delivered it to another address it was 7.30am and I was getting ready for work, I had to prove it wasn't me they delivered it to as the driver said the lady had long dark curly hair and I have shorter red and blonde mixed hair? I had to ask to see the signature of the lady that had signed my name, I had to send a picture of my driving licence to show them my signature. They finally said I could have a mattress sent to me but they didn't have any in stock of the one I purchased, not my fault? They offered me 20% of the next mattress in the range which was a good £400 more than the one I originally purchased, I suggested they allow me to have the next best mattress in the range for the same price I paid for the original one but they would not do that, I thought that was the least they could do considering it was not my mistake and it had now been 5 days since they delivered to the wrong address. They basically said pay the extra for the next best mattress or have your money back!! so I had the money back and bought a mattress from somewhere else.
